Hotel was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - Always welcomed me when I entered the hotel. Assisted me with changing notes. There's a small laundry room with a washer and dryer, very convenient for someone backpacking or that needs to clean cloths. Convenient store close by. Easy for Taxi services to reach. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. You can have your towels changed everyday. I had a good view of the beach/seaside from the balcony. Shower had all the utilities...

Clean and spacious room with cooking facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful, free bottle of water, towels and other amenities as required. Enough parking spaces available. Excellent to have in room washer and dryer.

Fourth time staying at this Hotel, it helps to have a rental car to get around which makes shopping and eating out much easier.

We had a pleasant stay it was in a good location. The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. The outdoor pool was lovely. Indoor was under repairs I’m sure when it’s up and running it will be lovely as well.

Lovely modern property, facilities were great, lovely pool, amazing breakfast and super helpful staff. Highly recommend for people wanting to stay in the Chatan & American Village area.

Room was spacious

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, making it a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the historic Shuri Castle, while still being close enough to Kokusai Street for shopping and dining. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable base for exploring Naha.
