There were no shuttle as advertised and wrong phone# was provided, not consideration of government restriction imposed in last minute, terrible call of take money from visitor.

I was given keys that didn't work so had to go up and down to try to get it fixed when I was so tired after a long haul flight. The second one still didn't work- even their master key was useless. I was moved to a room that smelled of cigarette. The pictures are very different to reality

A simple, basic no-frills hotel at Tsing Yi. Lots of time spent waiting for mini bus 88F or walking to Tsing Yi mtr station.

The place is very nice and clean. But the staff doesn't speak much English. Also there is no light breakfast or even just coffee or tea served in the morning.

Not the best place. It provides a bed and shower and that’s it. Not a warm and friendly hotel. Breakfast don’t bother.

I was online with you guys for an hour and the only thing I got was two room moves. I asked for a cancellation for my second night and got nowhere This is barely a two star. Filthy smelly outside. Not painted in twenty years most light switches didn’t work Cigarette stains all over sinks

With this price, this is a great selection. The distance to town is made up by the hotel shuttle and the frequent schedule of 88F & 88G mini bus. The night view of Hong Kong is great even with the containers and the pier. Staff are polite. Shower is fantastic.

Hot shower, cold and strong air cond, good price, commute to from Tsing Yi MRT station isn't that bad even if you have to take the paid bus. I would recommend skip the cont breakfast and visit the restaurants at B1.

Fine for short stay
It was OK. The bed was good but the bathroom needed servicing (water leaking behind toilet) and the wardrobe/cabinet had seen better days as ha some tiles on the floor (loose and some sharp edges) The staff were the best part, friendly and always helpful.

Everything was fine. However, the air conditioning suddenly stopped, so my friend and I were inside a room that with no air-con and no windows for quite a while. Also, the TV, we turned it on then we tried to lower the volume and change the channel, nothing happens, we couldn't even turn it off. We tried to do the above with the remote control and the buttons on the side of the TV. It didn't work. Please fix them.

Great budget hotel option
Good Points - Affordable - Rooms are spacious and clean - Staff are friendly and helpful - They helped me organize a taxi, and also brought shavers to my room promptly - Frequent bus service to MTR station - Great value Bad Points - Remote location, nearby shopping complex has limited food / shopping options and is crowded - Corridors were poorly lit - Breakfast consists of dry, plain breads and bad coffeee Conclusion Whilst the location and food isn't great, the hotel is a great budget option with friendly staff and good quality rooms.
