"The accommodations were beautiful and the staff was super friendly. We had dinner at a hobbit house which was a ton of fun and a great meal. The mini house was clean and modern and could have housed 3 more people comfortably. "

"The house was perfect for me, my wife and our 2 adult daughters. House is well stocked with everything you need for the kitchen and the beach. Such a beautiful spot directly on one of the best stretches of beach in RI. "
"So happy as an annual visitor to the area to see new life breathed into this historic inn.
Stayed in the more modern section in updated rooms with pastel beach colors, AC , ceiling fan and tv.
The restaurant served delicious food , and the service is warm and welcoming.
Only wish there had been a mini fridge or a common guest fridge since there was no where to bring any leftovers from dinner. Coolers with ice are available but not really practical for bringing anything along for a breakfast since none is served and there’s nothing within walking distance.
Would definitely stay again however.

"You can hear the waves in this perfect location for a family beach getaway! Wonderful, quiet neighborhood- two blocks from the ocean! The house is well equipped in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms and for the beach-umbrellas, chairs etc.Plenty to do- see the Dambo trolls in Ninigret Park, visit the Fantastic Umbrella Factory, sail on the Adirondack in Newport, visit Beavertail Lighthouse and of course- enjoy the beach and eat great seafood everywhere!Photographers will love capturing the Milky Way at night, all the flora and fauna and an amazing sunrise and sunset.We would love to stay here again!!"

"What a treasure! This 1899 home is a great beach spot with ocean views from every single room. Check in/out was simple, communication was EXCELLENT (answered my questions within minutes and provided things to do in the area), and all of the rooms had a beautiful beach design. We have already booked another stay next year as we just loved this home and cannot wait to return."
