"Very clean rooms and friendly staff. They've done such a great job preserving this historic landmark. It's a real experience staying there. Funny note - our window kept opening by itself when we slept at night. The room got pretty cold so I told the owner about it and apparently it might have been a ghost. True story. "

"Had a wonderful time away with a men’s group. The house has charm and great flow with ample space for both meetings and solo reflection. Two high end fridges made it easy to store plenty of food. Lots of space for parking and an easy drive to the beach. Hosts were thoughtful and responsive. Overall great bang for the buck. "

"You can hear the waves in this perfect location for a family beach getaway! Wonderful, quiet neighborhood- two blocks from the ocean! The house is well equipped in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms and for the beach-umbrellas, chairs etc.Plenty to do- see the Dambo trolls in Ninigret Park, visit the Fantastic Umbrella Factory, sail on the Adirondack in Newport, visit Beavertail Lighthouse and of course- enjoy the beach and eat great seafood everywhere!Photographers will love capturing the Milky Way at night, all the flora and fauna and an amazing sunrise and sunset.We would love to stay here again!!"
