"We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return."

And I could not find this on the VRBO listing. This was annoying. In general, disappointed that there hasn’t been maybe any investment in the property after 6-7 years. The kitchen cabinet handles were falling off, the sliding doors were difficult to lock/ secure. Would be great if the host provided sheets in the future.Once we settled in, we loved our stay. Location!!"
