"The room was clean, I'll start with that. The door handle to the bathroom was installed wrong so at first I thought I was locked in the bathroom but you had to turn the knob up. AC didn't work, you had to turn it off and back on and then it would only blow cold air for 5 mins. There wasn't any ice or hot water. We called the multiple numbers available that was taped to the front door and no one returned the call. Hotel lobby has limited hours, hence why we called about hot water. Wouldn't stay more than 2 nights.... Second night was pushing it. "
