"Atendimento ruim, não tem onde parar o carro nem para tirar as malas, tive que parar no meio da rua, o recepcionista não ajudou a tirar as malas do carro, o estacionamento longe, ao relento e ruim, café da manhã muito limitado, com poucas opções, limpeza do quarto razoável, porém encontrei uma barata na pia do banheiro, o frigobar estava desligado, era velho e todo enferrujado."

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street. The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake. We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys. I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I...

"This place was fantastic and treated me and my girlfriend and her son and her babysitter amazingly well in three rooms that were close together and they treated us kindly and had fantastic room service and there is shopping and a medical center right next door and convenient parking and a road that connects everything in the city right in front.
