O hotel sofreu muito com a enchente de 2024 e está passando por reforma. Ha muito cheiro de tinta no saguao e o acesso a algumas areas ainda nao foi completamente liberado. O quarto e, especialmente o banheiro, poderiam passar por uma revitalizacao. Localização e atendimento excelentes.
