"We checked in late Saturday afternoon and met Anna and Carol behind the front desk. Anna helped to resolve a reservation problem and solved it for us. She was great. Carol was there the two nights and three days we were there and was always very friendly and ready to press the automatic door opener whether we were leaving to walk the Boards or coming back late night. Room was very roomy and clean. The sheets were clean but very stained. "

After waiting for help, and finding the problem the frozen OJ was not taken out night before was told. We did not like when checking out no one at desk, sign says say Hello which did bring a man who mainly rambled off everything would be taken care of. We are in late 70s it sure would be nice to have a qualified desk personal be there and of assistance. Very impersonal...
