"The rooms were very clean and the ocean front balcony view was amazing. The staff was also amazing, from housekeeping to the onsite restaurant. Our stay was mid-October but we plan to return next summer. Would give a rating of 20/10! The shower was in a jucuzzi tub. Ok, but would rather have a walk in shower."

"Grand terrace restaurant was a complete disaster. Wait time was incredibly long for a waitress. After 15 minutes arrived at table took my order never returned with drinks. Meanwhile watched her serve coffee to a table that walked in right before us and even refilled there coffees. Us and another man both left without food. Restaurant was horribly understaffed. I would strongly suggest going to another establishment in area. Plenty of choices"

"We stayed for Oceans Calling 2026 (RIP). Location is perfect. Walkable to all our favorite OC bars and only like 5 minute walk to 2 festival entrances. The unit is spacious and feels like a family home (in a good way!). A/c was good, beds comfy, and the covered parking is the cherry on top. Will stay again when in the area for sure."

We also had a difficult time finding place because there was a do not enter sign going in to where we were to park.
