The motel manager was a peach! He was an absolute sweetheart when we spoke to him and was very thorough with the motel rules and timing. The parking lot was very kept together with them giving out parking passes in order to keep non-guests from parking there, I would definitely stay here again!

The room was pokey and badly maintained. It is possibly the worst motel room I have stayed in. There was no socket outlet in the bathroom, the door didn’t close, the paint was chipping, no a/c in the bathroom and sand over the floor. For the price in the low 300’s per night, I would have expected a lot more

I will never stay there again. When we arrived, they charged us for parking. Then the beds were terrible—one was broken, with a hole in the middle. It was horrible; I do not recommend it.

The hotel is rundown, needs updating. The 2nd floor walkway was spongy. In our room, there was sand on the floor when we first went in. We had to ask for towel & washcloths to start out. On the second day, we found out they do not provide maid service. We had to ask for towels and take them to our room for ourselves. The workers had to check for dry towels from the dryer, clearly not enough for a hotel full of people, the hotel was not fully booked. I went to Wal-Mart to get cleaning supplies for the bathroom for our stay. The beds were worn, mattresses need replaced. The TV cable service went in and out. Positive Notes: AC worked well, the room was cool when we got there. The water in the shower was hot. The staff was friendly. We did not use the pool, so no comments on that.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny and basic. No hair dryer. Microwave was burned inside. Pool was very sad. The only that worked well was the AC and it wasnt by the beds. Parking was very tight.

We had the air conditioning set at the lowest setting, in the middle of the night it didn't seem to be working not sure why, but our room was fine, but as most low end hotels in the ocean city area.The property is in need of maintenance. I would stay again

Location is key and considering I'm at the beach for the beach this room was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Everything was basic and I was fine with that. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. My a.c. was cold and bed was comfy. Already booked a 3 night 2 weeks from today. Very enjoyable experience.
