"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. My room was on a higher floor with city views, which made the stay feel a little more special and provided a pleasant outlook. The location was another major advantage. The hotel was well situated and very convenient for public transport, making it easy to get around the city and explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights was the lounge access, which offered refreshments and drinks at various times throughout the day. This was a really welcome addition and added genuine value to the experience, providing a comfortable place to relax between sightseeing and other activities. The room itself was comfortable, with a reasonably comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom facilities. Everything was clean and in good condition. The hotel does not have a gym, which may be a drawback for some travellers. However, for me, the lounge access more than compensated for this and helped distinguish the property from many other city hotels. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a convenient location, and I would happily consider staying here again."

"This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the entertainment district of Namba and within easy walking distance to Dotonbori. There are numerous great restaurants and bars close by and Namba walk with all its shopping is approx 50 metres from the hotel. You can easily walk from Namba Station via the underground walkway which makes it very convenient depending on weather. The hotel has complimentary laundry facilities and the guest lounge is great with complimentary alcohol and snacks. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a variety of food options but at 3,600 yen per person there are cheaper options nearby."

"Comfortable hotel in great location…close to shopping and dining options. Metro was close by as well. Hotel rooms are a little dark. We had two older adults in our group and they found it hard to see in the rooms because of the darker painted walls and limited lighting. I guess it’s meant to be more romantic and cozy. It was nevertheless a lovely stay. Beds were comfy and their complimentary pajamas were very comfortable and they refreshed them every day. The breakfast buffet was good. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a very good stay."

The location of the hotel is perfect for us, it is near Namba park, quiet, safe but still within walking distance to transportation. There are many shoppings, cafes and dining options around the areas. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Osaka in the future. Highly recommended!"

"I loved this place! It was centrally and perfectly located, they also offered welcome drinks and snacks, that you could enjoy everyday - it was great! The facial products and amenities were awesome. "Enjoyed our stay at APA Namba Shinsaibashi. Just remember it is not APA Namba-Shinsaibashi Nishi which pulls up first on Google and is a block away. Super easy access to the Dotonbouri, around the corner from Don Quixote so easy to shop and bring back goods to your room. Easy access to Namba station and to get to Nankai station to catch the express to the airport. 7-11 two doors down. Hotel is clean and comfortable. They also hold your luggage for you for the day. Kind and helpful staff. Would absolutely consider staying here again."
