Check in was easy but it gets confusing with the other property a le monterey hotel too.overall hotel stay was good the room was kept pristine all the time.i would book again the hotel if I'm in osaka.

Room is spacious and clean. Efficient staff specially front desk. Hotel is above the Namba station. There is an adjoining Store for grocery, pharmacy and other essentials. It’s a 13 min walk to Dotonbori.

If you can afford to splurge, this place is a treasure. Service like I’ve never experienced, and beautiful rooms and a great location. The restaurants are fancy French, also extremely good, but we didn’t dine in. This place is world-class.😊
