"It was a great location but room is small. The people in the restaurant are super nice. The guy in the front desk when we checked out was very helpful and friendly, he even helped us take our luggage downstairs where we can get uber. "

"Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka."

"One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. Very well positioned hotel in the heart of a fascinating neighbourhood. The lobby has a free self serve pop machine and cappuccino machine and snacks. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There is laundry available which was very useful. The cost of a room was less than half of what we paid for a similar room in Tokyo. "
