"We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. "We stayed in apartment 7. Not sure about the other rooms but our was a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a sitting area. It was actually surprising how large the room was. Overall the room was clean and nice. The bathroom could use some updating. The shower has a small glass panel and the water sprays all over the floor. The area is great and easily walkable to everything. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby including the Triana market. This would be a great place to...

"The accommodation was comfortable and in a location surrounded by everything that is needed, and wanted. The only thing I would request differently would be a second floor. The host is great!
