The only thing to be aware of is that there is no central reception for all the services on site, so it can get a bit tricky figuring out what to do and when and how. "Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome exhausted travelers at midnight. A pathetic excuse for a breakfast buffet as well. Rooms good."
