"Nice clean and safe place. The parking spot is just 50m away and there is always free spot. Great stay for value in a city center. Very close to a bus station."
"Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional. In addition to the above, the bedroom and ensuite were a good size, and tastefully decorated. The room contained a side table, 3 chairs, a desk, a fridge, a kettle (the latter of which came with complimentary and coffee, as was also the case with the bathroom amenities). "My initial impression after a few minute uphill walk and climb up a spiral staircase wasn’t great, but this place got better every day. It’s family run, charming and quirky. Pretty good location. Maybe not for everyone but I recommend it. "
"A true gem in Tbilisi—beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of character. The staff is warm and attentive, the breakfast delicious, and the location perfectly balanced between quiet retreat and city access. A stay here feels both authentic and inspiring."

"Location was great, cafe/bar was excellent, staff was friendly.
The mayor’s campaign office was next building and there were some people gathering in front protesting, but nothing serious at the time we stayed. Overall, excellent."
"Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome exhausted travelers at midnight. A pathetic excuse for a breakfast buffet as well. Rooms good."
"Buffet breakfast was good. One night a few guests with kids were noisy until after midnight. Great location and the gardens were nice in the hot weather."
"So much good things to say about this place. The staff was very kind, friendly and welcoming. As a first time visitor from New York to Georgia I truly enjoyed my stay here. I’d recommend staying here!"
