"The hotel is modern, well-equipped and rooms are bright and large. My room was a junior suite and was very good value - with lots of space and extremely comfortable. The area around the hotel has many bars, restaurants and is close to good shopping areas. The staff are polite, helpful and professional and had many good recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, a good choice for your stay in Tblisi!"

"Hotel was great with wonderful staff! It was also the perfect location to explore Tbilisi. The gym was much smaller than expected but was open 24/7 which is a perk. "

"Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome exhausted travelers at midnight. A pathetic excuse for a breakfast buffet as well. Rooms good."

"So much good things to say about this place. The staff was very kind, friendly and welcoming. As a first time visitor from New York to Georgia I truly enjoyed my stay here. I’d recommend staying here!"

"I was able to check in at 7AM by paying an extra half day - well worth it after a 28 hour trip without sleep. The hotel we simply wonderful entire stay. Top marks to the front desk personnel - friendly and efficient. The breakfast was an excellent and abundant buffet. The room was obviously old, and the furniture was showing its age. However, the modern bathroom was appreciated as was the in-room safe. There was a persistent smell of sewage in the bathroom, however, that never went away my entire stay. Internet/wifi was good, with reasonable speed and a solid connection. However, the television was not “smart” - an older model that shows only about 6 broadcast channels, all in either Georgian or Russian. It would be nice to have YouTube or Netflix access, or at least one English language news channel such as the BBC or CNN. Overall, it’s a 2.5 to 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff. "
