.The officer Ms.Maryam was very helpful .More over she is smiling in our faces to make me happy. The hotel overall is exultant for spending leaguer time in quit environment at night time .

Terrible Tasteless Food and Cold Rooms!

It was a terrible experience! We had to leave the hotel 1 day early. There is no minibar(An empty minibar awaits you in the room and they say they won't refill it) in the room and the hotel food is so TERRIBLE TASTELESS that we were hungry for 2 days. We decided to eat from the last children's menu. I really wanted to leave a good comment here, but that is not possible. On Valentine's day the reception told us there was a special menu and we ordered a few dishes. After waiting 50 minutes they stated that this menu is not available for room service. It was like a big joke, you think your food is cooking for 50 minutes but no one cares. The funniest thing is that if you want to order something to your room, you have to pay an extra 25-30 GEL service fee. I'm not interested in money, but you can reflect this price on the room charges, such small accounts are really nauseous. In addition, the rooms are not warm enough, despite contacting the reception 2 times, it was cold during our stay in the room. We were really cold. I guess they are trying to save money)

The resort was on a mountain side overlooking the Tbilisi. The view was amazing and the air was clean. I really liked that there were no motor vehicles on the property. It was clean, quiet and relaxing.

This place is amazing! 1. Staff is fantastic, they are kind, helpful, cheerful and really good at what they do! Thank you 2. The place is clean, one of very few places i have been to with good air quality, environmentally friendly and socially ethical! There are no combustion vehicles within the property (only electric vehicles) 3. It is luxury living in the forest with so much attention to details! 4. Although i chose this place because of its nature setting, it is much more than that! I will be back for a medical wellness package! The breathing exercises every morning were fantastic and i have tried a few procedures which felt really good! 5. The city centre is only 15-20 minutes away and it is a pleasant ride to get there! Hope to be back soon!

A piece of paradise

Best week I had in many years. Amazingly beautiful refreshing place. The greenery is so peaceful and energizing. The staff, including the owner, Mr Tamaz, the GM, the managers and all the staff are wonderful, warm and very friendly. The wellness program is rejuvenating and balanced. I loved every minute of my stay at Bioli. A place to revisit many times.
