"Front door locked but there was a gap at the top, room smelled, sheets had stains on them, you can hear EVERYTHING. Loud club music outside, neighbors phone conversations from their room, ppl loud walking by outside, and running water. Area is sketchy. Do not get a room here. Could not sleep. "

"I rented this room for a family of five trip to celebrate my wife's birthday. I was excited to surprise my fam with the hot tub, and the separate bedrooms. Unfortunately the issues started as soon as I first walked through the rental with a bedroom door being off of it's hinges, which the host was aware of but did not fix nor disclose. Next, we discovered that the hot tub did not function correctly, and only half of the jets worked. I messaged the host, but got ghosted after trying to setup a time to get the issues fixed. There were many other minor things as well, such as the dishwasher being installed unsafely, not being enough towels for 5 people, pots/pans being in such poor shape they were nearly unusable, missing tv remotes, a broken master bed frame, washing machine that froze up, no hand soap or shampoo, trashed dartboard, shower falling apart, no brooms or other cleaning supplies, dirty dishes in drawers, etc.Pros:Hot tub still mostly worked, and got hot. Shower water pressure was very good. The floor plan was great for us, giving us space, but still close. I was very disappointed in the tub not working correctly, as this was the main reason I wanted to rent this space. Secondly, I wanted a dedicated private space for my teen daughter, but with the broken door didn't get that.I'm not sure if they just don't respect their paying customers or if it's just poorly managed, but I would not recommend this host unless something seriously changes."

"My family met my sister's family in Memphis and needed a place to fit all of us. The room layouts were perfect for our kid breakdown. The house is definitely better for older kids rather than younger, but they do list that in the description. If you are coming for Graceland, it is definitely a great location!"

"Location was good for Memphis. Had to concact the owner because our code wouldn't work after 5. It was resolved quickly. However, the house was done poorly. Craftsmanship was very rough. The back porch was the worst. We didn't have heat 1 of the 2 days and it was 60 in the house. We had to sleep on the couch in front of the heated fireplace. The brick fireplace in the master br leaked all over our clothes. The hot tub was dirty and had a yellow thick foam floating in it, so we didn't used it. I asked for a partial refund and haven't heard back."
