"The property is small which is nice and also on the beach even if it is a bit of a walk to the water. This was the second stay at this resort. The only complaint I would have with this stay was the adults who got in the pool first thing in the day and remained there the majorty of the day. While this was not that big of a deal, they had a cooler right at the pool drinking one alcoholic beverage after another making it not such a kid friendly environment especially when foul language began coming...

"Great price compared to other properties. This actually made us leery when booking, but the place is very nice and clean. Close to everything (beach, John's Pass, etc). Free on-site parking. No kids allowed! Which was great for us, we had the pool all too ourselves and could relax without the screams of little ones. We will be back!"
