"Clean, well-renovated rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to Bright Angel Trailhead. Restaurants on site are just OK, and could use a good cleaning, especially the pizza place. Staff is very helpful and friendly."

"My sister was in need of a wheelchair and none were available except to rent. The property was designed to be accessed by cars. I had to take a shuttle to get a wheelchair to be able to get my sister to shuttles buses etc. the property NEEDS (1) handles in the showers (2) a golf cart or staff to be able to get people without cars to their rooms ."
