"We did not know what to expect based on reviews, but my daughter and I loved our stay. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly with all of our questions. "Appreciated the EV charging options. The non-Tesla charger wasn’t working so I used an adapter to charge my Hyuandai Kona on the Tesla port for free. Really appreciate the free charging and the great folks at check in desk, waiters at the restaurant, breakfast area, and the attendants at the gift shop. The hot tub was wonderful and bigger than most hotel hot tubs. The music wasn’t loud in the lobby - which is fantastic. Great stay overall!"

"The room was adequate and the view spectacular. It was a second floor view room. However finding the room after dark upon arrival and lugging my heavy suitcase to it proved problematic. We wish Guest Services had told us the exact entry. Our room was in the middle of the building and you had to use the central entrance which is not marked well from the outside. Parking is difficult as the spaces stay filled the entire time. Best to arrive before dark! But we had hiked part of the South Kaibab...

"The stay was awsome we got one of the suites on the other side of the hotel away from people. Plenty of things nearby, close to the park and other little parks or activities. The suites are tricky to find. don't go to the grocery store accross the street it's ridiculously expensive and they put the price tag sticker on the back so you don't know until you check out. "
