"A warm musty scent hit me as soon as I opened the door to my room. The room furniture seems not to have been updated since the 1990s. The carpet in my room felt very uncomfortable to me, I spread out clean towels and walked on them instead, and the furniture was overly large, dark, and oppressive. The bathroom has also not been updated. I have an allergy that gets exacerbated by poor air quality, and this allergy was set off overnight at the hotel. I had a nonrefundable stay for three nights, but left after one night. The staff were just great!!—a high point—absolutely up to the Hyatt Regency standard. But the overall ambience definitely was not up to the Hyatt Regency standard. I wonder how this hotel name could be on this hotel. The goldfish in the lobby were a fun, cool feature. But I will never stay here again. The self-parking was dark and kind of scary. There was a security car part-time at the self-parking, but it disappeared later in the evening. I don’t spend money on a hotel to feel less comfortable than I do at my own home. I was truly disappointed. "

"No, it did not work. The hot tub did not work at all. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. I did enjoy my stay."

"Staff was friendly. Tv only worked when room lights were turned on, only had 4 channels to choose from. Breakfast was very limited. Only 1 elevator worked. Gates around pool to parking lot were not locked. Trash cans around pool area were full of water and bugs. There was NO hot tub as was listed in amenities. Couches in lobby were dirty. Has to leave a $100 room deposit and could not charge bottled waters to the room. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. "

"The kitchen and full size fridge is what sold us! Room was clean, bedding was nice and soft, beds were pretty comfortable as well. Would stay again! "

"Host was easy to work with and very responsive. House had ample space with TV’s in each room and the living kitchen was great for a larger group. Master bed was on the firmer side and there were a number of unfinished or “in progress” projects like floor trim etc but didn’t impact the use of the home. "
