"The indoor pool was nice. Our stay was a few days, so we utilized the lounge and kitchen in the lobby. There was plenty of seating and multiple tv's for my teenage son and I to chill, although I would have preferred a microwave in our room. The ice machine was out of order, but we were able to go next door to sister hotel and get ice. The staff offered to go for us, but we took the walk. Our cozy room was on the third floor, and I was so thankful to see the luggage cart, got it all loaded up, Just to unload and get our steps in. THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER. I am normally a stair taker anyway, but as stated, we had a few days worth of luggage and supplies to haul. The hair dryer I borrowed from the lobby was also out of order. I was offered drugs in the parking lot, and multiple times there were folks sitting on the stairs, smoking. Not that it makes a difference, but it wasn't a cigarette or bud.. Overall, we extended our stay multiple days and would stay there again if necessary. The rates are affordable, the staff were all pleasant, all issues were addressed and solved immediately. We stayed in three different hotels that week, due to travel. This was the cheapest, and the room was a bit smaller, but it was still our top pick. And it rained all week, so the indoor pool was a bonus! 3 out of 5 for now. It appears to be under new management and going through changes. "

"The hotel beds are uncomfortable and the staff tried entering our room after we checked into the hotel, saying we needed house keeping. Made us feel uncomfortable and cut our trip short to find another hotel"

"Very nice hotel located close to the highway and retailers. All you need is here breakfast is included there could be more options for someone that is vegan/plant-based. There is a kitchenette to fix some simple meals. Staff was great Pamela was accommodating and friendly. Rooms were nice and modern. "

"Our stay was not as comfortable as expected due to several maintenance and amenity issues.The kitchen sink was not draining properly, which made it difficult to use. The light in the master bathroom was also not working.Bathroom supplies were limited. The towels were small and not very clean, and there was no shower gel provided. Only one small bar of soap was available, which was not sufficient for the stay. There were also no extra toilet paper rolls, so we had to purchase additional supplies ourselves.In the kitchen, there were spoons available but only one fork, which was not practical for multiple guests. There was also no iron available initially.Overall, the lack of basic amenities and maintenance issues made the stay inconvenient. We hope these concerns are addressed for future guests."
