If only there were a few more pillows—at least two per person—I’d happily give a perfect five stars, since the ones in our room were a bit flat. The location was just fantastic, close to the railway, shinkansen, and shopping mall, making it so easy and fun to explore. Lastly, everyone during check-in was very helpful and friendly, and the kitchen and wait staff were so kind during breakfast."

"Enjoyed our stay here and it was a great location the only issue we had with our stay was there was no place for suitcases really. If you had one suitcase then you would be fine using the lounge sofa but if you have more than one suitcase it becomes more of a challenge. There was hangers but no drawers for clothing so you mostly will live out of your suitcase. Rooms were clean and a decent size and location was great. "
