"Super clean. Great location, there is a trolley stop almost a short block in front of the hotel and it is a short walk to the peace memorial park landmarks, as well as the central shopping area. Staff was friendly and we had an excellent view of the river. Easy 20 minutes from Hiroshima station via trolley. There is a 7-11 a short walk in front of the hotel. I would stay here again. We did not stay long enough to appreciate any amenities."

"Nice, large clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Rooms were quiet. Two small critiques, the service was quite slow in the restaurant. The server apparently needed to write down the entire drink name we ordered, even though it was ordered off their menu. Pillows were bad."

"Super clean , close to the bus stop if you want to go to Hiroshima station. The breakfast is super., don't miss it. The staff super nice people and very helpful. Hiroshima Peace Museum and Dome walking distance. We loved this hotel."

"Right next door to the Imabari station and the Shimanami Kiado bicycle rental this hotel was perfect after a long hot ride. We were able to return our bikes and head straight to the hotel. We were lucky enough to be allowed to checkin 15 minutes early and our room was standard Japanese size. I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double but there was enough room for our one night. The hotel offers free drinks from 7pm-9pm. There is a selection of spirits, sake, liquor and soft drink. This was appreciated and we met some other hotel guests over drinks. But what really set this hotel apart from other hotels we have stayed in was the hotel staff and customer service. I really enjoyed the lemon liquor and the staff member went out of her way to give me some places I might be able to get it from. Just before heading up for the night I asked about the bus to Hiroshima. I was given the information and headed up stairs. About 30mins later the hotel staff knocked on our door to advise the early bus was already booked up and the next one was booking up fast. I didn’t realise you booked your ticket in advance and thought you got it at the bus. The hotel staff spent a considerable amount of time helping us book tickets so we could make it to our next destination. This service is what sets hotels apart. I don't remember her name as it was in Japanese but I hope this gets seen and she gets recognised for her customer service."

"If you plan on doing the Shimanami Kaido e-bike tour, this is a great hotel. We had views from our room of the first bridge and island. On our e-bike return from Onomichi, we had views of our hotel from the same bridge. Close to everything."
