Very close to the station and many restaurants option near by. Hotel stuffs are kind and polite. Delicious breakfast food, worth the money. Facility is little old however functional.

We were very happy with our stay here. The room was great. Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the air conditioner did not work properly. Our son and daughter-in-law in another room had the same problem.

Very Convenient and close to train station
Very Clean and excellent location. The restaurant was very good but make sure to go before last orders at 20:00. Note to other travellers is that airport only opens at 06:00 so maybe reception should ensure that customers do not go earlier. Hotel staff very helpful. I will be back for my next business trip.

For the standing: just ok
Pros: Good mattress and convenient area. Cons: paid parking (for Tokyu standing, it should be free), no onsen, a bit over priced.

GREAT STAY
The room is big compared to many Japan hotels and tastefully decorated. Location is good, near to Toyama JR station with many shops around. Pleasant surprise to receive complimentary tram tickets when I asked the front desk for direction to go to the Glass Museum.

Two friends with I stay one night. I accept old decorations in hotel and near the station but cannot accept dust mist over the furniture, desk, chair which make us mild itchiness furthermore the price not cheap.

the hotel is very convenient being across the street from Toyama train station. it is next to a shopping center with some restaurants and this is very convenient. the included breakfast was very decent with fresh tasty food and clean orderly environment. the fact that pull this review rating down is the size of room. we were a family of 4 with 2 grown up children. I booked the most expensive room thinking it will be more spacious lke a suite. but it was just one of their larger room with 2 more beds in it. this makes the room more cramped and less comfortable. we could have booked more than 2 rooms for this price.

Won't be my first choice.
Hotel is located right in front of the main train station, which is probably the only "Pro" this hotel has. We only came here because we didn't book anything else in advance, and it was one of the few left for this weekend when a Japanese holiday took place. Everything about the hotel feels OLD, the rooms, the showers, even the elevators. Breakfast was pathetic.Staff wasn't as friendly as we came to expect in Japan.

It is very close to the Toyama station. It is convenient for the family to get around. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Good accessibility to train station and bus terminus. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable and clean ! The hotel is probably the best in terms of location and service in the area
