Excellent venue for many occasions

This was our first time at this property. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location. Horseback riding offered to guests. Property also an excellent wedding venue.

Perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle. Very peaceful.

Loved everything about it. Great location, not too far out of Pigeon Forge. Very clean, plenty of towels, bed was comfy. We would most definitely stay again and bring family with us.

I love that they have a riding stable on the property! You can visit with the horses and we did a trail ride too! The property’s are beautiful the staff is great

Relaxing and Convenient

We enjoyed the mountain view from our outdoor deck, the sunsets and mornings too. We spent most of the days in the National Park whose entrance is only 10 minutes away. Townsend had lots of good places to eat and enjoy local people.

Very nice

Very relaxing place to stay. The turkeys are nice and it is located close enough to anything you could possibly want to do. However the GPS directions were a little off they took me to a little tiny cabin resort about three miles away from the actual property.

Great Townsend Location

Super friendly owners. Room was spacious and very clean. The view was amazing!! Air quit working but the owner was prompt with a solution. The grass needed mowed but they had a reason for that. Pond was stocked - had a bite every time when the pole was cast. We were able to visit and pet the horses. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Country Manor!

Beautiful and Serene

This little gem hidden in Towsend TN is a beautiful and Serene getaway. We enjoyed the panoramic view of The Smoky Mountains. The accommodations were awesome and very clean. Enjoyed the farm life feeling, with horses for horse back riding, Rescue horses,Grace the golden retriever, George the kitten and many more. April and Nicole the owner and horse guide and room reservation coordinators, were enjoyable to talk to. Was close to many things, good restaurants, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and of course the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Would love to return.

The quiet side of heaven

I just love staying with the Joplings in their mountain cabin. This is our second stay with them, and lord willing, it won't be our last! We love the remoteness and the breathtaking view and the horses and, well, everything about it. It's close to town and all of the things we like to do when in Townsend, so it's a perfect fit. The room is comfy and I always sleep like it's my second home! Our hosts are always accommodating and close by if you require anything. 5 star hosts, 5 star cabin, in a 5 star location! We love it! Thank you for having us! We can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous view

It was a gorgeous balcony view and was exactly what was listed. We only had a couple small things like the gps not taking us to the right place. We ended up putting the name in and it took us there. The heat control was for the whole floor. It was a cold weekend but found an extra blanket it had it's on little fire place. We enjoyed it very much and wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall - Great Stay!

This property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed ourselves and the amazing views this property has! The owners were nice and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. My only complaint would be that the description of the property leaves out a couple details. We were surprised to find out that it was basically an apartment above the office. Don’t get me wrong, it was nice and the pictures were exactly what the space looks like. But, we did not expect to have others around us. We thought this listing was a cabin by itself. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend this place to anyone! I just wanted people to be aware that you do have a private room and space to yourself but there is another suite across the hall and you are right above the office. On a positive note, we never saw anyone! But, we could hear the people staying across the hall because one of our doors (that was locked the entire time) led into their room. Overall, we had a great stay! Just be aware that this is not a private cabin all to yourself.

This is a beautiful place! My partner and I had a wonderful stay; the cabin itself was very quaint and the view was stunning. Check in/out was also a breeze! We'll for sure be coming back!

Beautiful quiet property yet very convenient to town and the park. We have stayed here many times. Note, the Morning View kitchenette is the very limited but it suits us just fine as we prefer to have washer and dryer in the suite. If you wish to cook at all, we recommend staying in the Octagon Suite or The Threshold rooms at the Country Manor Inn.

The Morning Suite was absolutely beautiful. We had the best view of the Smokey Mountains. We were able to pet and feed the horses. Had an evening with a meal, s’mores, and ended with a horse-drawn wagon ride. Absolutely recommend.
