Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Derek covered all the details of the cabin and surrounding areas such as restaurants and shopping. I'd prefer a warmer temp in the hot tub, but it was very clean and fresh. Well equipped kitchen was a plus.
Beautiful cabin and wonderful communication with Derek! It was our honeymoon and we were able to bring our fur baby and relax but still close enough to get a breakfast from our favorite restaurants in Gatlinburg.
Exactly how it’s pictured, very roomy. It was exactly what we needed! In the perfect location. Easy to find. Overall a wonderful experience and will be back!
We enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It was peaceful, clean and convenient to several trails and attractions. We will recommend your cabins to friends and family.
This was the perfect cabin for myself, husband and pup. It was very clean and we loved the location. Not too far from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was a nice quiet area but also very close to some local coffee shops, stores and beautiful mountain views. I definitely recommend staying here!
Very clean and welcoming cabin. Close to everything we needed. Nice restaurants and close to the smoky mountains. We also toured the caverns close by which were amazing-must see!
The cabin was just as advertised in a small community of cabins. The check-in and out process was super easy and communication was responsive throughout.
Property was clean and as advertised. Great location near Townsend as well as not too far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Host was friendly and communicated often. Cabins were quiet with laundry on site.
Would return and would recommend!
Cabin was clean, couch comfy, kitchen stocked for cooking we actually brought few skillets but didnt need. Plenty towels, hot tub clean, bed comfortable there was another upstairs but we didnt need or even go upstairs. Totally recommend
We stayed a long weekend with our French bulldog. The cabin is very cozy and has everything we need. Sleeping was very comfortable and the bedroom downstairs is nice and dark. Fun to play old arcade games as well. If you stay on a Sunday the Bruch at Dancing Bear is really good. Reservations are needed. We will be staying again in the future.
First time staying in this cabin and in Townsend. We are very pleased with the condition of the cabin. It was stocked with everything that we needed to cook and to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. We appreciate how clean it was, the sofa in the living was very comfortable, so was the bed. We will definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again. Thank you
Pros: Cute and cozy cabin with everything needed for your stay. Great location in Townsend. Derek was professional and responsive. The check-in procedures were super easy and the Mountain Mist app with instructions, recommendations, etc. was a nice touch.Cons: The cabin appeared clean, but smelled musty from the moment we opened the door and also had high humidity inside the entire week…our bath towels never dried and crunchy snacks lost their crunch. The first night we went into Maryville and purchased an air purifier that we used in the bedroom, ran the vent-a-hood 24/7, and kept the A/C at a low setting, all of which helped make it tolerable. I did report to management who said they would look into it after our stay so it may have been an isolated thing as most reviews didn’t indicate a similar experience.
Cabin was private, surrounded by trees and in a very quiet area. It was pretty much perfect for what we were looking for. The great weather gave us the opportunity to enjoy the large porch area.
Cabin is centrally located to a huge amount of tourist attractions in a relatively small radius.
Another big plus was that host Derek was on point with everything throughout our stay. When in the area I would gladly return for another stay at the cabin.
