A peaceful vacation on a large property in the heart of the Pays de Fayence.

  • Located on the hills above Tourrettes, in the Fayence region, Le Souleil’Or is a 250-square-meter family home set on 8,000 square metres of heavily wooded land.<br>It consists of two separate but interconnected sections:<br>- main residence: a spacious, air-conditioned living-dining room; master suite with bathroom and adjoining office; entryway + bathroom; kitchen opening onto a south-facing covered terrace; laundry room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet.<br>- a 60 m² annex that also serves as a pool house or game room during the hottest parts of the day: a spacious ground-floor room with a kitchenette, bathroom, and toilet. A 25 m² bedroom is located on the mezzanine. Covered terrace.<br>Across from the studio, the 50 m² pool is surrounded by lavender and laurel trees. <br>Enjoying absolute tranquility, perfect for relaxation and family life, our home can accommodate 8 people of all ages.

Belle proprieté.

La maison est grande et au calme dans une grande propriété arborée. La piscine est agréable au centre de la maison et très bien équipée en transat. Les propriétaire sont très sympathiques. Un pisciniste passe une fois par semaine, pour nettoyer et entretenir la piscine. La région est superbe avec lac et base de loisirs à proximité.
