"Stayed here for 2 nights and what a fabulous sanctuary, we know the town well from numerous day trip but wanted to stay overnight to see the beautiful lace go to sleep and wake up. The hotel is right in the middle of Saint Martin but so far away from the tourist throng. It is amazing, so chic and comfortable, the garden with pool is so quiet,the owner so friendly and if you stay you must have drinks in the tower, what views"

"We had great stay. It was a bit tricky to find our way in because of the pedestrianisation of the street where it is located. Despite having booked a parking spot, we were not given instructions on how to go about passing the electric bollards until we called the hotel on our second trial. But we were then given clear directions over the phone whilst traveling which was a great help. Despite the fact that like many places in France there is barely not many restaurants open on Sundays and Mondays...

Our only complaint is the smell of the fish garbage from the adjoining restaurant that wafts into the hotel lobby. "The hotel is in a superb position at the centre of Chatelaillon-Plage. Our Superieure room on the 2nd floor faced the sea and was quiet and comfortable. There is a large public car park about 300m away, or parking in adjacent streets. Parking is free outside July and August. Breakfast was good, with a range of bread, baked goods, savouries, etc., although the fresh fruit selection was uninspired. The carpet in our room was quite marked, but otherwise all was in good condition."
