The apartment consists of a bright living area with high ceilings and exposed beams, including a sofa bed, a dining area, a television, and a workspace.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing your meals.
Bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Separate toilet.

Bed linen and 1 large towel per person are included.
No linen change during the stay, regardless of its duration. If needed, an additional linen kit is available for €15.

Central location: everything is within walking distance.
Place du Capitole, Couvent des Jacobins, and Matabiau train station are about 10 minutes away.
Basilique Saint-Sernin is approximately 15 minutes away.

No parking space included.
Indigo Saint-Aubin car park is about a 3-minute walk away.

ACCESS AND CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Self check-in via key box.
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Assistance available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via messages (phone calls only in case of emergency).

PLEASE NOTE
The apartment is located in the city center, in a lively area with nearby bars and restaurants. Noise disturbances are possible, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
Sound insulation is limited (old building).
No air conditioning: the apartment may be warm in summer.
First floor, no elevator.
