Le Voyageur sits on the fifth floor of a quiet, secure residence on Avenue de Muret, in the sought-after Saint-Cyprien neighbourhood of Toulouse. The moment you step inside, your eye is drawn to the wide living-room windows framing a sweeping view of the Garonne river, the Pont Saint-Michel and, on clear days, the snow-capped Pyrenees on the horizon.
The open-plan living area pairs a comfortable sofa with a dining table bathed in natural light, while the separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and all the essentials for cooking at home. The bedroom features a quality double bed and ample storage, and the bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and a private parking space inside the building is included — simply collect the access badge from the apartment before heading to the garage. The residence has a lift, though it currently stops at the fourth and sixth floors; a short flight of stairs bridges the gap to the fifth.

Le Voyageur is on Avenue de Muret in Saint-Cyprien, one of Toulouse's most vibrant left-bank neighbourhoods. The tree-lined banks of the Garonne are moments away, perfect for riverside walks or jogging. Place Saint-Cyprien and its surrounding streets are packed with restaurants, cafés, bakeries and independent shops. The famous Marché Saint-Cyprien runs several mornings a week, offering fresh produce and local specialities. Cross the Pont Neuf and you reach Place du Capitole in fifteen minutes on foot. The Hôpital Purpan medical campus is a short drive or tram ride away.
Getting Around:
The Saint-Cyprien République tramway stop (line T1) is a short walk from the apartment, connecting you to the Arènes metro interchange and the wider city network. Line T2 also serves Avenue de Muret for trips towards Palais de Justice. Several bus routes run along the avenue for quick local journeys. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is reachable in around twenty-five minutes by car or via public transport.
