Located on the 3ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 50 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, it consists of a living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and separate WC. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a large corner sofa, coffee table and TV
- A dining room with table and chairs
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. It is located in a lively street of bars, restaurants and theatres.
