"Room was big and warm and the bed was great. Location was excellent and the room was very quiet. Had some issues with the lock on the door being tricky to work and the corridor smelt of smoke at times. Overall though I enjoyed my stay."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean . However was very tired and need of a freshen up. Could not turn shower off so had to be moved rooms. Second room lock was a bit fishy and needed lots of pulling/pushing to secure locking "

"The 2 rooms which we have were absolutely awful….dirty and dusty and old. Walls didn’t see paint for years -some of wallpaper was stick together with tape ! We have mould and damp on the wall . My son vie from the window was bins and cars as his room was on the basement. Food was extremely basic and poor quality. Stuff smoking cigarettes outside and whole halls stink . You can hear drains all evening when people flushed the toilet. Walls are very thick so you can hear every single noise….Awful place."
