"The location of the penthouse apartment on the resort is really good. Only 15-20 mins from RMU airport. This resort has 24/7 security and is gated. Each time you enter and leave the resort the registration of the vehicle is recorded - it feels very safe here. The apartment block is located in a very quiet area. We visited in off peak so hardly anyone around. Despite having directions to locate the apartment it wasn’t easy to find. The underground parking for the car is a great idea but it would be helpful to provide instructions on how to use the remote control to open the gate. Plus the light in the car park didn’t work initially so we had to use our phone light to see where we were walking. The apartment had all your basic items and is ideal to use as a base to sleep. There is a terrace where you can sit but it was in the shade all day. The apartment boiler did not function properly when the heating and the hot water were on together. We did contact the management company who were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the offered solution did not rectify the issue. We were able to manage the situation albeit, very inconvenient. There is a Spa supermarket on site which is really well stocked. It is slightly more expensive but not by a lot. The supermarket is within walking distance and very easy to find. The written information given by the owner prior to arrival and in the apartment needs updating."
