He greeted us with a glass of champagne upon arrival — a lovely touch!
We stayed in the suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The room was cleaned and tidied every day.
Peaceful and private atmosphere.
A stunning beach is just 5 minutes away by car or a 17-minute walk.

"Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! He even gave us the hours and directions of where to get the tire fixed the next day. He truly went abover and beyond for us.

"Wir haben im Borgo Bevagna 14 Tage Urlaub gemacht in der großen Familien-Suite. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kamen mehrere andere Gäste für einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf Rundreise.
Die Suite war geräumig mit 3 Badezimmern und 2 Außenduschen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gab eine große, schön bepflanzte und ab Mittag schattige Terrasse mit hochwertigen Möbeln und einem Whirlpool.
Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und für Italien reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich...

"When I arrived 4pm there no one at the restaurant I have to get the help from coffee shop opposite to call them up and waited half an hour. Later the restaurant reopen til midnight. It was Maundy Thursday the street was packed to enter the church, i couldn’t drive to the castle sq, not a free parking area, I have drive a further 100 m. The room on a narrow back street . We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B.
