"Liked the convenience and location. Room nicely cleaned and serviced. Staff excellent, especially Luigi at Reception who helped us. Breakfast was acceptable but we really appreciated the provision of yoghurt and boiled eggs. No laundry in the neighborhood other than the super expensive hotel ..."

Not what we expected
"The accuracy of the list vs reality a total shocker. Arrived to a hot house full of bugs, no soap in bathroom, used sponge in the kitchen area, limited towels for three nights stay. Was notified that air conditioned was only in bedrooms and we had to pay on consumption. No where listed when we bought ..."

"Don't worry about the road condition (a bit pot holed and worn) or the slightly difficult to find hotel entrance, the stay was great. The room was large and immaculately clean. Though our limited Italian caused a few laughable glitches (or fault not the staff), the service could not have been better. ..."
