"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B. All of the staff were lovely, but a special mention goes to the hotel manager and the owner, who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive.
