Seafacing villa in Torquay with 2 suites and a heated swimming pool
- The property is in a Conservation area and used to be a stable. It was modernised into a superb dwelling facing the sea on 2 floors 15 years ago with half an acre of gardens and a heated pool all facing the sea, on a cliff in Torquay.
There is a barbecue at disposition.
The property is 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 to 20 minutes walk to the harbour and the high street.
The carer lives downstairs and doesn’t t share any of the kitchen or living room or garden pool area with the guests and uses a different entrance.
There are cats on the premises.
Cats live on the property and can be seen occasionally.
