"The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 1 night, but got to try out the free pool for a quick swim before breakast. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet which at £10 i thought was good value. Parking is a bit of a problem, but the building is Victorian era so to be expected. The room we had was in need of a bit of TLC with the decor, but the bed was soft and clean and the ensuite was modern. We will definitely consider staying here again when we're next in Devon."

"On first arrival the car park had plenty of space with a gentle slope to reception. Rang the bell to check in. All very pleasant. Guys name is John and he is as nice as they come. Checked in a went to room. All very nice again. It’s what you need on a business trip. Tv. Bed. Kettle and shower. Had a beer in the bar, good selection of tap beers. I’d missed the kitchen due to my arrival time but he offered sandwiches, pizza etc out of hours. Enjoyed a few beers in the bar and got my head down. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Breakfast was a delight, fruit and poached eggs for me but everything you could want including vegan options on the menu. Checked out and will be back. Keep doing what you do guys. AAAAA+++"
