Luxury Trinity Bellwoods 4 bedroom House

Available from Feb 1st 2026 for 27 day + rentals. (Our current guest leaves on Jan 25th). Please contact me on the platform and I will let you know if your dates work! Our Trinity Bellwoods 4 bedroom/3 bathroom (all ensuite) furnished newly renovated home is ready for you!

Large open plan, double-width main floor will keep your group bonded for your entire stay.

You will benefit from 2500 ft2 over two floors, with your state of the art fully equipped kitchen.

The sunny front porch complete with a 6 burner BBQ is great for the warmer months.

Vibrant Trinity Bellwoods park just a 2 minute walk away and Ossington Village a 7 minute walk with some of the best and trendiest restaurants in the city.

Easy access to the city / downtown Toronto - 10 minutes by scooter (with a deposit you can borrow ours) or 15 minutes by streetcar or a 25 minute walk!

We are open to shorter or longer rental periods but you would need to book a minimum of 30 nights on this platform as per Toronto short term by-laws. Please make an enquiry with a 30 day minimum, number of adults, children and pets and message me with the actual dates, eg 7 days, and I can send you an offer with a side note.

*Utilities - flat fee of $500 per month may be taken out of the deposit at the end of your stay.
*Basic damage deposit of $2700
*Additional damage deposit of $1200 for each pet
* $500 deposit for use of our scooter

Great location! Right beside Trinity Bellwoods park and Queen Street West. Hosts are lovely and the home is beautiful and comfortable. So nice to have a front porch and a small front yard for our dog. A big kitchen for your home cooked meals. We would highly recommend!
