"Though there are parts of the room that are dated, like cabinetry, the room was spotless. The hotel was quiet and the front staff helpful. It was close to our location for a night out and is about 1 block from the Eaton Centre. "

"Staff are friendly and helpful. The building is dated, but common areas of the property have been updated. Check-in/out process has been streamlined with self-serve screens (I was there years ago and this process was a nightmare). The rooms are a bit small, but functional and clean. Beds are comfortable. It’s a bit of a distance from attractions, but close to TTC. It also seems to attract a lot of homeless who stand outside the entrances asking for change, and a couple of times we saw people coming into the building ranting and swearing loudly, which is problematic for a “family” hotel. "

"Airport shuttle easy to find. Hotel great , restaurant ,bar , complimentary hot and cold breakfast , rooms are spacious . We will stay here again "

"We stayed here one night after a concert at Danforth. Staff were amazing and even were able to upgrade us to a larger room without asking. 2 bedroom suite was excellent with 2 large bedrooms and large living room, kitchen, and dining space. We also got the breakfast rate which included fresh, delicious breakfast at a cute cafe across the steet. Would stay here again! "
