"Staff are friendly and helpful. The building is dated, but common areas of the property have been updated. Check-in/out process has been streamlined with self-serve screens (I was there years ago and this process was a nightmare). The rooms are a bit small, but functional and clean. Beds are comfortable. It’s a bit of a distance from attractions, but close to TTC. It also seems to attract a lot of homeless who stand outside the entrances asking for change, and a couple of times we saw people coming into the building ranting and swearing loudly, which is problematic for a “family” hotel.
