10/10 Excellent

"The property is great! There are shops nearby, you can walk or take the tram into the center or any areas of Toronto. The Staple Center, the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame and Harbour Front Centre are all in walking distance. The only reason I am giving the amenities a 3 out of 5 is because there was no restaurant in the hotel and no room service. You had to go out to get food. Otherwise, a great hotel. I would book again!"

"My friend and I stayed here for an event at Roy Thompson hall and LOVED IT! Great price, amazing team and overall property! I have stayed at Riu’s in the Caribbean and was so impressed with the Toronto location. The front desk staff and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous, so many towels and the temperature in the room was easily adapted for comfort. The beds, pillows and linens were so comfy! The buffet breakfast was NEXT LEVEL! So many amazing foods to choose from! Highly recommend staying here. Short walk to parking, restaurants and venues! Safe, clean neighbourhood also! I will definitely return for any downtown overnights! Thank you!!"

"The breakfast was so good with many options, very busy on weekends but worth the wait. The staff are super kind and always helped when we had questions or forgot things (toothbrush, razor, etc.). The location is perfect, every time we comes to Toronto for a raptors game we stay here because it is walking distance to The Eaton Centre and a short uber (10-15 min) to the Scotiabank Arena"

"This property was quite distant from the airport...it falsely is noted to be close in hotels.ca as it required a $36 taxi ride. No shuttle bus early in the morning so another taxi ride. At check in I had to ask to be served in the end as certain people were tying up the one clerk with an argument. Thought I was getting a cheaper price by going to this hotel...boy was I a fool"
