- Newly renovated place. Just listed OCT 14 2026. New mattress, new beddings, new walls. Staying close to the city, 5 mins from Eaton Center, 5 mins to Yorkville, 8 mins to Queen Street/Entertainment district, 8 mins to Chinatown. All by transit and subway too. Across the street from Metro Food stores. Family friendly condo unit with full amenities for 6 ppl. If you leave my place as how you found it, CLEAN and Dishes in the washer, I will refund you 50% of cleaning fees via etransfer if you live in Canada.

If you leave my place as you found it, Ill refund you cleaning fees 70%. Take out your trash, load dishwasher. Put keys in lockbox. If lost keys, you will pay $500 to replace them from Condo mgmt.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
