"Il plus sicuramente la pulizia della camera, veramente impeccabile, anche il bagno e la doccia davvero ottimi. Letto abbastanza comodo, forse il materasso potrebbe essere migliorato (si sentiva qualche molla). Colazione soddisfacente. Piscina bella, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito. La signora alla reception molto gentile, ma molto minimal, ci ha fatto vedere dov'era la camera, ma non ci ha dato indicazioni sugli orari della colazione od altro, anche se era tutto scritto poi sul foglio presente nella...

Breakfast was delicious, and there was no better way to start the day than with an espresso while enjoying the beautiful view. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."

It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. "Sound of traffic could be heard all night. If one booked a room that was not facing the road it may have been a total different experience. Adjoining restaurant was very good, would recommend."

"Staff very helpful, hotel was fine but very dated. The bathroom felt a little bit grubby. Had a few issues with the keys which were eventually solved, but no major problems. Good location, near to a major bus stop to go into central Siena. It’s worth noting that buses are quite unreliable in the evening so you may have to get a taxi back to the hotel (10-12 euros ish)."
