"Lovely house, 15 minutes walk to beach, lots of nice touches like games, tea and coffee, condiments, did not use the rooftop as we had younger children and it did not feel too safe but that is just our preference, would recommend"

"Our family had a wonderful Christmas week at Roxedge, a lovely house with a beautiful sea view. A great surprise was a large hamper full of goodies and presents under the tree and essentials in the fridge. The rooms were clean and the hosts very friendly.The dogs enjoyed the coastal walks and the youngsters made the most of the pool table and video games."

We have stayed in lots of holiday cottages and our preference for a welcome pack is tea, coffee, milk, breads or biscuits which has been our experience in the past. It’s my personal preference because I don’t drink alcohol. We would definitely recommend to friends"

"Very welcoming stay from Phillipa. The house is very nicely decorated and felt fresh and clean. It's a bit of a tardis inside, with a big master bedroom and lots of space in the lounge/dining area. The views are really incredible, you're looking right over the harbour, the town and out to sea. Was a great place to stay whilst visiting family in Torbay."
