"This was a trip to Vegas that turned into this amazing trip to your Laughlin and not knowing anything about your facility. As my husband was driving thought we were going in the middle of nowhere. Once we got there and got info about what was was available -the children was very excited as well as myself. We loved the pool and beach . "Great Staff! The mattresses were HORRIBLE! Both beds in our room were the most uncomfortable that we have slept on in years. The property is old and definately needs an upgrade. The A/C's in the room only go down to 70 (they are locked so you cannot have a cooler room)....and they "say" they cannot go any lower. It was very hot sleeping - we were on the second floor. There is no elevator. We did get clean towels in the room each day and garbage emptied. "
