"Every attention to detail. Very helpful with a couple of requests. Staff were exemplary. Breakfast great. Even though I was there for 4 breakfasts I could not try everything, never mind any other requests such as omelettes and any other whim a customer might have wanted. The 4 Reception staff who we spoke to over the days we were there. All staff seemed happy in their work, even the workman said good morning. The staff sorting breakfast were lovely - Claire, Nicky and Mate (not sure I’ve spelt that correctly) young man on duty Sunday morning (31.05.26). Good facilities in room - luxury products, fridge, safe, enormous bed, bathroom good size for us. Might not be best venue for smaller children - there were few little ones the first couple of days. Would definitely stay again."

"We arrived at 3pm, the check in staff were lovely & helpful. Our room was clean, tidy (1 Double Premium Sofa Bed) - the aircon was lovely as it was already on! Some of the room could have used a lick of paint, some areas needed some moderate fixes to have lifted this up to five stars. Overall though clean, comfortable & the tea / coffee facilities were lovely. Milk in the fridge too :) We had cocktails & bar snacks around 4pm which were tasty, good sized portions. As the weather was so nice we sat outside which had a nice atmosphere and was regularly cleared up by the attentive staff. We chose to use the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All were small but perfect for us -it was quiet after 7pm (no children) & very few others in there so felt that we had a very relaxing time. Showers & facilities poolside were good & had everything we needed. We had drinks at the bar & were well looked after by Eamonn (brilliant barman) and had dinner in the restaurant where Ishma gave outstanding service. Our main meal was delicious and quite a big portion for the money, so we were very satisfied! Great night sleep had by us in our very comfortable bed and sofa bed! Highlight of the stay - breakfast was incredible! Included in our hotel price - which was a bargain rate! Julie and Alison did an amazing job taking us through the huge buffet and you could eat as much as you like. I have travelled a lot and this buffet was one of the best that I have seen. Fabulous stay -great value"

"An enjoyable stay at Oatlands Park Hotel to celebrate our 55th Wedding Anniversary & also a trip down memory lane as we used to work there many years ago. The staff were friendly & helpful, food excellent (a more efficient toaster machine is needed) but we had some observations to make such as amenities in the bathroom. It is usual to provide sanitary bags, shower caps etc. as standard, these were lacking. We had a Superior double room which provided our needs, a special touch was the bed decoration & congratulations card from Reception which we appreciated. However, we couldn't help noticing filthy windows, cobwebs, flaky paintwork, outside window boxes with dead plants & what were once beautiful grounds seemed in need for some TLC."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were stunning, full of character, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor seating area alongside the Thames – the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Free parking and complimentary WiFi were also great added benefits. The only slight downside was that the food was a little pricey, but the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Context- the hotel parking is flooded and had to walk through the water to get to the reception causing our shoes and feet to get soaked. Whilst at the reception my partner walked in and I caught the receptionist named REV laughing and smirking at my partner this is so unprofessional. Her service was not good at all gave no direction how to find my room and did not apologise about the flooding. REV it is very unprofessional and inappropriate to laugh about your customers misfortune whilst standing at the reception desk"

"Very comfortable well equipped clean accommodation. Lovely property/location conveniently situated near to West Byfleet where I was visiting family. The location is stunning and the surrounding countryside is picturesque. Pet friendly and my dog Dexter enjoyed the extensive garden area. I will be back !"
