£8 to park overnight and £16.95 for breakfast which is excessive if you want yoghurt and fruit and a cup of tea I wish they’d have a way of offering a minimal breakfast at a fair price say £8? Not just here obviously. The facility is what you expect from IHG. When I mentioned the smelly drain in the bathroom they were very responsive and the staff are professional and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, the room was spotlessly clean , the bed was comfortable, the under floor heating in the bathroom was amazing. We had a minor problem that was sorted when we spoke to the reception staff.

Happy with everything at the Holiday Inn Shepperton on a family weekend including a trip to nearby Hampton Court. Generally a good level of refurbishment throughout. Rooms were comfortable, clean and adequately equiped. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We ate at 8am and went back with our teenagers who ate at 10am and both times everything was looking fresh and well stocked. Check in was friendly and helpful. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna were clean with modern changing rooms (lockers and fresh towels). Would recommend.

Tel adults two kids Thorpe park came here to rest and chill after so no long journey home Tea checked us in, absolutely lovely girl, super friendly and personable, made you feel like she was one of your friends.

The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful! The keys are horrendous, literally just one use and have to reset every time! After staying 2 months it wastes so much time to do every time I go out! For a short stay is bearable

Lovely hotel & location

This is a very nice hotel in a good location with a nice restaurant & bar. Only negative for us was the location of the room as our room was next to the fire doors which are closed at night so every time someone went through them the door would bang.
