"The property itself is good, but our stay was very disappointing because carpet work was going on during our visit. There was constant noise, dust everywhere, and the whole area felt messy and uncomfortable. I was traveling with kids, which made the situation even worse and stressful. This kind of maintenance work should be completed before allowing guests to check in. It is not acceptable to have construction going on while rooms are occupied, as it seriously affects comfort and overall experience. Because of this, our stay was not as enjoyable as expected."

"We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms. As a family of 5 with 3 young children, this was not an ideal situation. I do believe the worker at the front desk did his best to remedy the situation, but this should have never occurred in the first place. "
