"We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms. As a family of 5 with 3 young children, this was not an ideal situation. I do believe the worker at the front desk did his best to remedy the situation, but this should have never occurred in the first place. "

"The staff was very rude and demanded that I don’t do certain things like have company or I would be kicked out and he would keep my deposit. Even though I was hours from home and didn’t know anyone to invite over! That was very uncalled for!!!"
